So Nigel is happy to sell 30.5% for USD259.25M to CATL to value Manono at USD850M in Jan 2025 but only a few months later it’s worth 30 Billion??? And I don’t know how to value a company? Well NIGEL valued it at USD850M…so what do you say to him??

AVZ aren’t in a strong position. They may have a positive outcome if the case went to court but as we all know, the DRC don’t follow rules. Only when there is a security issue and the US can sort out do they stand up and listen. So without the US intervention, AVZ will be in a world of pain. So the US aren’t going to sort out security to then overpay multiples of what CATL was offered only months earlier.
