    the resource in the ground is worth 160 billion dollars over the length of the mine minus the cost of development which Kobold estimates at 1 billion dollars from their latest anouncement.
    so lets go with a discount ( cos we want to GTFO ) and call it 16 billion dollars plus a royalty for length of mine.
    so yeah 380 million not quite cutting the mustard ol chap
