    AVZ and CATH sat down and negotiated a deal on a percentage without taking into account what each other had to offer? Is this what you think happened?

    AND I will say AGAIN it isn’t a sale to CATH, they agreed if ALL terms are met or dismissed by both parties to enter into a PARTNERSHIP.
