I think you have to pay credence to the fact that the "Chinese Players" will have a fairly large stake in AVZ moving forward into production in securing supply for their bigger ambitions, and given the amount of investment the PRC is committing to the upgrade of DRC infrastructure, gives this resource some security over others. The income/revenue streams the DRC will receive from this resource will benefit the greater community and country as a whole immensely, helping them in their ambition with buildup and transition into the mainstream of 1st world. This will be a big task and they will need every assistance they can receive.
