Fair enough, understand you don’t want to fuel the rumour-mill.

I’ll DMOR on the ‘potential suitors’, but IMO, given the 34c/40c/44c 10-day VWAP targets for management’s additional shares (which I believe management will ensure these will be hit ), an imminent TO is unlikely.

Assuming a 100% premium, and assuming these VWAP / SP targets, a TO bid, at the minimum, would need to be 88c – purely IMO.

Pure speculation – don’t read anything into this (no rumour mill intended), it’s just I’ve seen this being mentioned a few times recently so thought I’d add my 2c.
