Huayou should be more than happy exercising their options prior to expiry in May, as either way they will still make a motza with the amount of shares they own.

There is no doubt in my mind that the potential suitors are not all Chinese, so don’t be surprised as to what may transpire with AVZ over the coming months.

This is nonsense also. What management just manufactures a T/O bid? Whatever bid they get, 2 cents or $5, they have to announce it !!
