"You keep on harping it is about sovereign risk and the DRC. That is not my viewpoint as just have to look at where the cobalt is coming from and what China is doing in Africa infrastructure wise and if anyone thinks China is in Africa because of some goodness from their Ying Yang heart they need to see a doctor (i.e. they are there because of self interest). Sovereign risk in the DRC is not worth worth 90% SP discount as I posted a while ago (45% max) as too many are confusing sovereign risk with transport options and these two are different things.
