the money to pay for the additional % will come from either , the equity part of the finance package or a CR , the latter will be a tough pill to swallow but of it happens ot happens , they raise the cash more than likely at a discount , the stock gets beat down , the dust settles within a week or 2 , they pay for the additional % and on we go again , it’s not ideal but if it happens it happens . I’d prefer if they can raise the 100 -150 million equity part of the deal and use that to pay for the extra % thus no CR , but here we are ,
