Agreed and in terms of location. It seems like the perceived (and real) risk of the DRC has always been our achilles heel, we're fighting a constant uphill battle for any gains as opposed to locations investors are more comfortable with.

If the mining licence doesn't alleviate some market anxieties and push the price up you've got to start to wonder what might be some of the other underlying problems. Clearly a company like VUL has been managed better for example, I'm just not sure how much that plays into overall market sentiment.
