Thats part of it but we're only able to be capped due to perceived risks imo. Market wants certainty. If/when we see the various approvals from the DRC side then:

A) the market gains confidence we're probably going mining but we're also worth something either way.

B) you've got more instos with the green light to invest and you've got more retail with confidence to invest.

Hell we can all feel more confident with our own investment decision. I'd buy more on the back of those announcements myself.

I'm calling it the mining licence stalemate, we're right on the cusp, tantalisingly close and yet frustratingly in the dark as to if and when.
Could be tomorrow, could be a few months, could be never. Broader market will wait and see while we remain in limbo at the edge of our seat, pip trading in a narrow range.

We might push up a bit but there is still that feeling that we're easily manipulated in the meantime imo.

All set to sink or swim one day hopefully very soon. Pretty intense tbh.
