    AVZ owns 75% of manono. statement is wrong. the 51% is post JV and isnt settled yet. this jv helps for capital requirements.

    LTR will also have to likely JV/partner due to the large capital requirements, and experience requirements. LTR has never operated a lithium hydroxide facility and will likely have to partner for this .
