Example
ABC investment Bank have X number of clients who participated in the CR.
ABC Investment banks buys in the CR

Than ABC distrubutes
ABC performs XT to client 1
ABC performs XT to client 2
ABC performs XT to client 3
ABC performs XT to client etc

No one flipping or making a profit or selling on the market.
