When? is a million dollar question, could be tomorrow could be later.
I remember Nigel said ML will be granted by July and latest by August last year about 6 months ago, plus many broken promise before.
No a holder, but may invest a bit of my hard earned if the company is upfront and realistic about the production date, current touted 2023 is pie in the sky and pig can fly date.
LTR has just ordered their huge crusher mill for their planned 2014 production date, don't think AVZ has order their for the 2023 production.
Another big concern I have is (thus small investment), do AVZ got the "A" team to manage the risky and challenging construction of the mine.
Massive cost blowout and delay is very common in mine development, even with the A team.

$2 - $3 Take Over . We only needed a B team . The new owners will be the A team . IMO
