I wonder if that might become more of an option if the DRC government continue to delay proceedings past February. Might be the play all along with Kabila’s affiliates still sore about AVZ’s success.
Does the company have to declare if a lowball TO is voiced to them? I imagine a few are waiting on the wings for such an opportunity.
