I think everyone is misunderstanding? Reads to me that the 15% being contested is the 15% 'increased ownership' we already claimed we got which took us up to 75%? The docs on the other platform talk about Dathomir requiring an independent valuation prior to transfer and AVZ declined, after which they transferred to Jin meaning we never actually had 75%? And would be below 51% if this was true AND the CATH deal allowed to flow through? much more concerning if that's the case as we then don't have a controlling stake unless cominiere do sell us the 15% which of course could also not happen if there's malign intentions at play here.
