From the announcement it is UNEQUIVOCALLY LEGALLY PROVEN that AVZ owns 75% of the project!

The announcement states:

AVZ’s 75% equity interest in the Manono Project, to which AVZ HOLDS GOOD LEGAL TITLE.

and then to put this in context directly from the announcement:

The Company notes that the Tribunal Decision does not purport to (nor does it, in fact or under DRC
law) have any effect on:

•AVZ’s 75% equity interest in the Manono Project, to which AVZ HOLDS GOOD LEGAL TITLE.
