How about DRC is trying to undo the illegal but legally bind share transfers completed to MMSC and Zinjin which gives teh DRC only 5%

How do they undo what their own courts have done?

Step 1) ICC undoes it
Step 2) IGF and the newly appointed Minister of Mines regulator ensures it doesnt happen again
Step 3) They dangle Mining License in front of AVZ for more favourable ownership of the asset - 10% free caried and 15% of AVZ? Sounds fair to me

This view that Chinese are manipulating the ICC and are more powerful in DRC politics is not supported by fact. The fact is the DRC is publicly stating anti-chinese statements, are actively working with the US. as for the ICC, it wouldnt be much of a court if bribery was prevalent..

@sf120 if things go the way you see it , how long do you think it takes before it's sorted ? If it is still to take many months , do you see a possible change in government in December , Delisting in May and a Depleted bank account being an issue ?
