It really is a conundrum-

Locke would have decided whether its a go or not by the evidence at hand.
Locke would need confirmation from the court that everything to date has been unlawful.

AVZ if they are indeed in sensitive talks with DRC over marriage counselling, the last thing AVZ would do is stand there with a big stick pointed at their heads.
If AVZ get a deal they won't need the money.

If they don't then Locke comes into play and its gloves off.

But anyway keep up the community service making statements about things that one- don't concern you and two- with intent to gaslight people here.

You know these questions can't be answered except by the company so whats your point?
