According to AVZ disputes update announced on 13 March 2024, in particular the sub heading "Dathcom JV", AVZ quote is :-
"in relation to the AVZI claim against Comminiere (ICC No. 27720/SP), AVZI must submit its statement of claim by 30 April; and"
