For those that are getting worried and/or frustrated with the SP please remember that this current sentiment has been the cappers dream . The capper has always been with us and now has the whiphand given the sell offs (or really lack of buying) because of tweetgate, lack of jorc /JV /assay News , Dow correction , postponement of Easter and so on . You ask why , it’s as simple as that . Now we are allowed to cry and kick the wall and when we’ve got it out of our system we’ll start accepting this reality and the new sentiment. My advice is for all is to play a cool hand if you still believe in this 2billion ton resource .
The sp will eventually stabilise and spring back as this massive resource ain’t going anywhere. The cappers (TO)players have the whiphand at the moment as the road , power, dam projects progress and they can wait/play us down for a while . During this period don’t sell but top up if you can (slowly) so as to get the best prices before the turnaround .
When the sp sump hits it’s bottom the buyers will return , the jorc will be closer to completion and the planned infrastructure improvements will be nearing completion ... then the 2019 Easter egg fireworks will begin and you’ll be glad you did a systematic top up now. Try to imagine the Easter egg scenario was for 2019 and we forgot to check the year . Do this and relax and you’ll be better off than a 2018 Easter party.
