Have not missed the point at all ...you suggested some projects don't get up and SDL was your example ... Ive outlined why SDL did not get up and a comparison AVZ. Ive addressed isolation issue with example of AVZ transport solution road/rail via Lumbumbashi . I should note that there are many miners currently producing in the South East of the DRC who already export using the rail option from Lumbumbashi.
