    It's all a bit confusing isn't it?

    First they said they would pay after the ML.
    Then, given they were the main perpetrators of the ML being late, they said they would waive that criteria for paying.

    Still not paid.

    wtf?!

    Are there other criteria to be met that I'm missing?
