3 percent short is nothing so people have to really stop blaming them. Still sitting around 1 dollar after long delays again so to me thats a win. Company and Nigel need to fix their language up and stop over promising on deadlines. Another extension for the CATH investment is pretty damn rouge. Easy fix would be make it 60 days if you werent 100 percent sure.
