The sector is at its lows, and chart-wise most stocks in the sector are supported by their 50% or 60% retracement levels. What we are seeing is shorts final attempts to abuse investors anticipation of a reversal, and provide themselves some breathing space on the charts. Understandably there is frustration among investors (shorts do monitor the forums to understand the mood). I do believe it is the best time to invest in the sector.
