I think its still relevant. I can see smaller margins and them cutting ties with their less profitable locations if things don't return to a pre covid reality. But it is in my opinion a vital part of that side of the business that needs to stay. I would probably use a different broker if it wasn't for them having a monopoly with all the pubs.
