Time frame has allways been a bit of an issue with APG (not management fault) however everything seems to point to an announcement very very very soon and discussions have indicated definately this quarter.
I am pretty sure if they say that then thats what they will do. The management are if anything conservative with their commentary and do not say things to get the price up.
If they did, they could have the price at 50c now....!
