A recent transfer from ASX to the NAS--- AVR -- it did a raise in USA with issuance of more shares --and since listing on NAS - cut to pieces.. Maybe not a good example - but. The NAS - in fact USA markets are deadly in my opinion. OZ shareholders would be 2grms -max-of mince meat
Have a look at this site and it is ONLY the Banks ... Fines mean '0' it seems - Poor shareholders cough up the $$$$$$$$$$$$ fines.
