I think it's a blocker. Somebody has something similar on the buy side that also appears early in the day and disappears at end of day. The effect is probably to keep the share price in a fairly narrow range. Why? Maybe the culprit is trying to exit a short position with maximum profit or is accumulating cheap shares because they recognise the value at such prices.
