Yep, agreed. Unfortunatly in a full recession (if we get there), the tide goes right out, and anything that is not creating cashflow will get hammered. The flipside to all this is, typically rate cuts and stimulus begins (which will happen...always does); which provides once again low interest loans, and liquidity - then off it goes again. These tariffs which would appear to have a direct correlation with market implosion (hard to dispute), are convenient because the market was very much on the verge of this anyway - truly massive debt, astronomical p/e's and speculation like i've not seen since 2001. In terms of WBT, it's good they've got a significant level of cash on the books which backstops it a little. Could easily see low 1.00's (IMO)...it just depends if this panic continues to cascade. In 1929, markets has been through a similar period of exuberance that had led to overvaluations (think CBA...), high PE's (think PME); and wild speculation (think NFT's, shtcoins, and MichaelSaylor...sorry btc lovers). What started as small bit of a sell-off, cascaded like dominos into a deep depressions (bank failures, high unemployment, low producitivity, negative growth, and ultimatly deflation - this deflationary element is what is quite different today, whereby today we print our way to oblivion which will create inflation - so ultimatly where all this goes ,nobody knows (but my guess is stagflation). For WBT, well countries need to keep innovating, and if wbt captures some of the memory market with it's reram; then it will be well and truly fine (this will likely be a blip in the long term journey) - in saying that they really need to start creating real cashflow, or be aquired at some point. My rant over.
