This is such a moronic comment. It's clear that you do not understand how executive remuneration works.
The cash component of his salary is minimal relative to the equity he is awarded (employee share scheme) through his overall remuneration package.
That equity is likely now less valuable than it was at the time of issue to Coby (which he would have been taxed on at the time).
I doubt he is sitting on bundles of cash (nor would his salary be paying that) available to keep purchasing more shares on market.
Given that he is a T20 shareholder (his words) and subject to extremely tight sale restrictions, he has every hope and desire for the share price to appreciate as much as possible that will allow him to one day cash in on his equity. He would be trying his utmost hardest to make the company successful that would in turn enable that.
Your comments reflect your misunderstanding that he is receiving millions in cash compensation a year, when in fact it would only be a fraction.
