There was a big trade at 11.52.29, 52.164+ shares, I presume a seller wanted to take out the bid for similar at $1.70. But now the bid has been re-stocked, currently at ~80k. Maybe that huge bid at the start of the day is being split into smaller parcels to tempt the sellers ?
