Lots of shares changing hands between 1.7 and 3.3ish. So some longs exist there still, and knowing retail behavior they're happy to sit and add to a 20% - 40% loss, often to crippling levels. How many endure the stage 4 and 1 process? When does stage 1 begin and conclude stage 4? Impossible to predict and challenging to navigate without a plan that accepts the uncertainty of the market.
