Nobody else beyond what is known as far as I know. Doesnt mean there arent new iterations of reram. It is at least a very bullish sign that reram is very much a wanted thing. This looks to be an aquisition, as for the development of actual tested and qualified wafers, they are looking at a very very long road if not a known reram product.
I don't think related to us otherwise the wording is misleading imo.
