NDAs are normal in any business relationship.... but I feel Coby hides behind them whenever he has nothing positive to say. usually NDAs are about not releasing company sensitive technical details, roadmaps, secret information.... they're not usually used to to stop general high level talk
E.g. nothing was hidden when the 22nm tapeout was announced.... but since then it's all quiet & NDA this & NDA that....
