yeah That was my point ....for some undisclosed reason the engagement paused and no further collaboration followed...( undisclosed to Joe public ,, I'd be pretty sure wbt have a clear idea)
tend to think with a fair amount of 'process' knowledge disclosed to them on 22nm and data outcomes on materials/bake commercial confidentiality applies and non disclosre is a must ! ( in an nda) without out it your business is exposed to additional risk unnecissarily It's not hiding....it's non disclosure full stop.
