Yes, I remember the tail end of that process, that SKYT were missing key IP licenses, that the customers needed to make a SoC. I think Coby subsequently said some of those customers gave up with SKYT and have followed WBT to DBHitek. But he also said he hadn't given up on getting a customer to manufacture at SKYT. I find completely crazy that a fab like SKYT doesn't have a basic IP library to make chips. Or maybe it isn't that simple.
