You offer some astute comments about the quality of the senior management and staff at WBT which I wholeheartedly agree with. There's nothing wrong with commenting about the track records of achievement of folks if they have worked hard and have notched up some successes. It's not "hero worshop" or viewing them through rose-coloured spectacles, as some posters here suggest, as they attempt to snipe from the sidelines. Given that Dadi has just been elected as the new chair of the Technion CoCuncil, perhaps this an appropriate moment to celebrate his achievements in particular. Here's one of the most recent interviews with Dadi from 8 months ago (12 mins), where he talks about his background (in the first 2 mins). I challenge a poster to nominate a person who is a chairman of the BOD of an ASX listed tech company that has a track record better than Dadi's.
