For sure, on both sides. Quite often they seem to come to an agreement and stop, then on and off etc The nuclear issue is the biggest, hence Israel action according to all the reports. US negotiations seem to have failed and possibly inadvertently bought Iran time to develop further, say the news. If it continues wbt may well need to start to consider to georelocate if you will, as you mention. Even make a minor start in potential locations around the world, if sentiment starts to shift to the negative. Possibly closer to major fab partners?? Regardless, economies of scale cant hurt right... Can't see that happening though as US is entirely vested in action against any possibility of terrorism in their own country, hence the seeming Israel proxy...I don't know. Could be a bit costly for wbt but would have to have gone through their minds one would imagine...
