This constant Coby’s prepping for a sale angle is tired. Good CEOs in this space structure companies to be optionable scale if conditions are right, sell if a strategic buyer makes a compelling offer. That’s not a warning sign, it’s just competence.
And let’s not kid ourselves if a serious player came knocking today, it wouldn’t be discussed on a forum. It would be under NDA, negotiated behind closed doors, and triggered after real commercial traction not just because the price looks cheap to retail holders. Real deals are made on fundamentals, not vibes.
If you think being acquisition ready means a sale is inevitable, you’ve probably never been in a boardroom where these decisions are actually made.
