    I didn't say it was a warning sign. Just that people projecting a "Facebook-like" outcome (as recently stated) should review likelihoods. Especially when stating "intergenerational wealth".

    And although the market can be inefficient at times (such as the run up to $9) it does become an anchor-point for acquisitions, particularly for a public company. So, at a market cap around $300M now with single digit non-recurring revenues and a very ambitious target of growth despite multiple ball-fumbles.

    I ask, do you think this is cheap and if so, what would be a fair takeover offer?

    If you are confident as ever on this technology and company and future ambitions. With fundamentals considered, of course smile.png
