BRN turned into an echochamber, I was lambasted for mentioning it was overpriced at around the $1.60 mark in their forums. And now look at all those bagholders. Different environment here. Echochambers have a cultist flavour to them, and those advocate for the company as a way of inducting into a group. They advocate at their family, friends, coworkers, etc in a way that is different to anything else (think the way someone would handle a MLM). Different people seem to be attracted to different domains... The often prevalent head-in-the-clouds domain of Brainchip tends to attract the kind of grifter you would bump into in Silicon Valley chewing your ear off about how blockchain will change the world. These people are also more likely to conduct a scam. Not saying Brainchip is a scam, but it attracts a kind of person with that tendency so to speak. And unsurprisingly that is how their forum turned out.

Here at Weebit we tend to have a decent balance. No crazed lunatics trying to shout you down because you are going against the grain with insults. Reason is still a factor here. The Brainchip holders went to fantasyland and have been slapped out of their stupor by reality (ie financial reports). Thankfully ASX companies adhere to some sort of ruleset that demands transparency unlike some other domains (like blockchain companies, an MLM, etc) so you can only shill so hard until 3 months later people realise you've been swimming underwater.
