While I'm not going to rule out a CR at some point, lets think for a minute. They've got 40 odd million in the bank. Even if they hired 10 new engineers or whatever they might be called on $200k per annum, (I have no idea of what salaries might be in this industry) then that's only $2 million per annum. In a years time they'll probably be paying for themselves. As much as they might like to hire 50 people it still takes time to get people up to speed. Coby has already said he doesnt want to get ahead of himself (maybe not in those words as such, I'm reading between the lines).
