I suspect there may be a reasonable chance of a capital raise in the 2nd half of 2023, following tier 1 announcement(s), customer announcement(s) and
qualification announcement(s), amongst other announcements.
Given this the raise is most likely to be at a time of materially higher share price than today.....and given the appetite for fund managers to get exposure, in a tightly held share registry, may be at a premium to the prevailing share price at the time!
The beauty is
i) they have cash on hand
ii) they will be raising additional cash to hasten the commercial opportunities
