You are both right.
If they head down the road to produce a discrete module minus a selector, they are going to need to double their head count. Equally, unless a deal is signed with someone to produce such a module, the company won't commit and increase its tech work force.
My view is a soon as they sign some sort of deal on this basis they will announce to the market and go straight into a trading halt and partake in a CR and raise anywhere btw $50-100mio.
