Circumstances change. When he came for the investor briefing he may not have foreseen the need for cash, but fast forward to today, and if (hypothetically) a tier 1 fab and customer are ready to push go on a production line of discreet memory modules (minus selector/s) then WBT is going to need a significantly larger work force and cash.....
So in answer to your question: No we are not deluded, No we are not attempting to delude others, However we are not deluded to exclude the possibility that circumstances change....
