Yes, if you look at SP range in terms of decades (orders of ten) the sweet spot for the ASX seems to be across the the 2 decades from 10c - $10. Before the consolidation WBT was in the slightly sub-optimal next lower decade 1c - 10c (the penny-awfuls). WBT did the 1 for 25 consolidation to get the SP solidly out of the penny-awful range. But, soon it may be in the $10 - $100 range where investors start to perceive it as expensive. This is of course irrational but the effect on SP is real nevertheless.
If the SP gets above $100 local investors may start to really balk at it, but in the US it is common for stocks to trade well above $100, so international buyers wouldn't be phased by this. Nor would WBT management, but IMO they would be well advised to do a share split before then.
