Hi Mooetan, neither does Morningstar. Now altered their fair value to 9.894 as at Feb 24. The only thing being seen at the moment is a potential in a real and disruptive technology in reram. Any reram.
As for takeover this has been discussed a bit previously but by memory Coby has indicated that they are focused on standing alone to the best of their ability.
No doubt if a significant offer were to arise, it would be foolish not to entertain it. I agree it could be a possibility but I believe with best intentions the company is making all efforts to stand firm, rooted in the confidence they have with our product.
