to your question . . when to load up . .
if you are an investor and horizon is 12 mths to 10 yrs the time to load up is whenever you have the money imo. this is going to be a major winner in the years ahead. this is a stock you buy and lock away imo ride whatever short term fluctuations come and know that in 3-5 years you will enjoy 400-1000% returns imo
