Ignore the Morningstar Quantitative. It's in the name, quantitative. It assumes the movements of recent will continue, studies on this particular analysis have shown that its virtually pointless. If anything, it's a cheap sell onto broker platforms to incentivise trading activity for people that might think there's any value to it...
