Keep in mind that prices often get run up in anticipation of a good announcement (as far as retail are concerned) and it gets utterly destroyed on release. Create the story on the chart & attract liquidity to dump your position into. Recent example is DDR.
I don't think WBTs 4C has anything presently unknown to market in it?
